I’m a Senior Technical Account Manager at Amazon Web Services, an engineer, a mentor, and an expert in AI and agentic AI. I work with enterprise customers on cloud architecture, operational resilience, modernization, and generative AI adoption—connecting business goals with practical engineering decisions.
